Flexible Preloader display widget

The Flexible Preloader display widget displays text messages or progress information using a preloading animation. The Preloader can resize to text width, or width can be fixed. The component doesn't have a preload script--its purpose is to display messages (for example waiting messages or progress information) which have to be handled by the user.
